Chef Kyoshi Nakagawa
Chef Kiyoshi Nakagawa started his career in Tokyo before moving to the US and training under Nobu Matsuhisa. His note-perfect nigiri, flawless sashimi, and hand-rolled sushi are the centerpiece of Sushi Nichi, while crispy chicken karaage, sunomono, and more, round out the stellar menu of Japanese classics.
